  7. At  15:00  hours  on saturday, i was visited by a couple of FAST & ELSPA
  8. reps, 2 policemen and 1 plain clothed detective.  they produced a signed
  9. search  warrant to confiscate any equipment relating to the running of a
  10. pirate bulletin board.
  11.  
  12. Within  30  minutes  they  had rounded up all of my hardware, which must
  13. total several thousand pounds worth now!!
  14.  
  15. The  bust was not related to PBX abuse as i dont use them, it was purely
  16. for  the  running of Cement City BBS!!  but they did enquire about calls
  17. made TO my numbers via fraudulent use of PBX's.

  19. Anyway,  i  have written this file at a mate's house.  i have NONE of my
  20. equipment  at  home now, they have taken it all, what a fucking waste of
  21. my money.

  23. The  ironic  part  is; that i was listening to a police radio scanner at
  24. the  time,  and i could hear them preparing for the raid on my house.  i
  25. just did not have time to hide anything, all i could do was sit and wait
  26. for the knock.

  29. but if i do, it WILL be a PD BBS only!

  40.      PBX, CC AND BBS ACTIVITIES.
